The electronic document signature for EDH documents will change in May 2025. Members of the personnel will no longer need to remember and type their EDH password. Instead, they will be asked to enter their CERN computer account username to show their intent to sign the document.

If the entered username matches the one that the person used to log in to SSO, then the document will be considered signed by that person.

An information notice will be displayed on the sign screen to remind you of this change.

The change will reduce the number of support requests relating to EDH password resets and simplify the signing process for end users.
