Johanna Guez is a trainer, coach, and mediator specializing in Collaborative Communication, conflict resolution, and collaborative leadership. She supports individuals, teams, leaders who want to strengthen their impact and contribution in organizations while staying connected to their authenticity and what gives meaning to their work.She holds two master’s degrees in anthropology, communication, and applied linguistics, and trained for seven years with leading teachers of Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication approach. Based in Geneva for over 15 years, she has worked as a consultant across the UN system and other multicultural, high-stakes environments, gaining extensive experience in the dynamics of international collaboration.
